Caribé Fries with Jamaican Dip

Ingredients

  • 6 oz (175 g) Lamb Weston Sweet Things Sweet Potato Fries (Item L80)
  • 1 1/2 oz (45 g) Honey-Molasses Glaze (see below)
  • 1 1/2 oz (45 g) Jamaican Dip (see below)

Directions

  • Fry Sweet Things Sweet Potato Fries for according to case directions; drain well.
  • Toss with glaze.
  • Arrange on plate and serve dip in a ramekin on the side.
